The project includes the new construction of a 26,164 SF replacement

structures, security fencing, utilities, etc., for construction of the new

Gaudreau, Inc. facility to replace the existing facilities. Additional buildings on the
property remained in use throughout construction. This facility aims to
DELIVERY METHOD: achieve LEED Silver Certification upon completion of the project.
