Five Below Distribution Center
Owner/User: NFI
Location: Oldmans Township, New Jersey
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural and
interior design services for a new 1,000,000 SF distribution
center for Five Below, a chain of discount stores that is the
fastest-growing teen retailer or value retailer in the U.S. by
store count and revenue.
The project consisted of a cross-dock warehouse building
of 1,045,000 SF with 36’ clear height, 53’ x 42’ typical
column grid, conventional spread footings, and site-cast
concrete load-bearing panels. The project was completed in
three phases over the course of a fast-tracked construction
schedule of only nine (9) months.
