Location: Glen Mills, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural design
services for a new 36,000 SF multi-tenant medical office
building at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake. The facility features
22 examination rooms along with on-site X-ray rooms, and
physical therapy, hand therapy, and orthotics services. Tenants
include doctors specializing in podiatry, hips and knees,
shoulders and elbows, sports medicine, hands and wrists, and
physical therapy and rehabilitation. The second floor is occupied
by Rothman Institute.
The building features a porte-cochere, brick detailing and two-
story glazing to complement the existing two medical office
buildings on the site. The new facility will offer residents of
Chester County and Delaware County increased access to
exceptional orthopedic care
