Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon teamed with healthcare
architect Pescatore & Associates, LLC to design Rothman’s
first medical office building (MOB) in Limerick Township,
PA and now again to design a second building at the Linfield
Corporate Center.
MOB II is a new, two-story building designed on a sloped
site, with each floor accessible at grade. The first floor of
approximately 23,500 SF is an Ambulatory Surgery Center,
and the second floor of 15,300 SF houses multiple healthcare
tenants. The building’s stone and brick façade materials,
curtain wall tower, and porte cochere elements, marking the
primary entry and pickup locations, emulate the details of
the first Rothman building and complement the surrounding
buildings in the corporate center.
