Centre Square Commons
Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning,
architectural design, and hardscape design services for an
96,9600 SF retail neighborhood shopping center. Centre
Square Commons offers a pedestrian-friendly setting with
wide sidewalks and landscaped green space .
A unique element of the center is a centrally located
convertible community event space that helps to create
a town center feel. This area, distinguished by decorative
pavers, will be the focal point for four community events
held annually.
Centre Square Commons has been constructed.
