Design Statement Core States Group is helping Lidl expand
its presence in the mid-Atlantic region by providing
architecture and engineering services to multiple ground-
up grocery stores and retrofitting existing in-line tenant
locations. With multiple projects in progress, we recently
completed design work on a non-prototypical, 28,000 SF
store that was previously occupied by another tenant.
