Cottages at Kendal at Longwood

Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The 48 new cottages designed by
Bernardon have set a new benchmark in residential
architecture for Kendal~Crosslands. Five (5) different
floor plans range from 1,250 SF to 3,775 SF, and all have
a three-season room, an open-plan kitchen, nine- and ten-
foot ceilings, and a garage. The cottages are situated in the
rolling terrain so that each one has natural vistas rather
than views of adjacent houses.
