Design Statement: Among the amenity offerings at Riddle
Village, the Thoroughbred Lounge provides residents with
an informal dining venue for which to dine, relax, and
socialize in a casual yet stylish setting. Extending from
Riddle Village’s Governour’s Inne and Chesapeake Lounge,
the Thoroughbred Lounge completes the final phase of
Riddle Village’s Dining Venue enhancements.

All three spaces share similarities in design and their
connection promotes a sense of flow throughout the
Dining Venue. Comprised of 5,500 SF, the Thoroughbred Outside, residents will be able to enjoy the new butterfly
