Lower Macungie Health Village

Location: Lehigh County, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Situated on a fifty-two acre sprawling
site in Lower Macungie Township, Pennsylvania, this
Health Village aims to redefine age inclusive and market
rate living in the Lehigh Valley.
The project program includes senior apartments, assisted
living, memory care, market rate apartments, cottage,
retail, restaurants, and medical office buildings. The
common amenity elements for the proposed community
will include a Par-4 golf, a dedicated trout fishing area, vast
walking trails, and indoor/outdoor residential amenity
spaces.
The project is currently in design.
