Age Inclusive Apartments

Location: Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Located along a prominent road in
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, this age inclusive
apartment project raised the bar for luxury living in the
Philadelphia suburbs.
Compete with a large outdoor amenity courtyard,
extensive indoor amenity space, and an abundance of
outdoor private decks, this five-story, wood-frame project
was designed to make a statement. The formal front entry
included a very symmetrical design, highlighted by a two-
story lobby/leasing space that allowed residents to connect
seamlessly to the surrounding sidewalks and urban fabric.
The project was abandoned due to entitlement challenges.
