Homestead at Evesham

Location: Evesham, New Jersey
Design Statement Bernardon provided conceptual design
services for a 162-unit senior living facility comprised
of assisted living, memory care, and independent living
components. The client was a national company with several
similar projects in different geographical locations, so the
design team developed a crisp, clean, simple aesthetic that
could be applied nationwide. The exterior design includes
mixed masonry elements combined with residential-style
details such as stucco and composite siding.
