Facing Independence Hall, the 26-story high-rise
provides 35 ultra-luxurious condos in Old City. 500
Walnut is one of the most ambitious and exclusive
Philadelphia residential projects to date, with per-
square-foot prices that top the city’s residential
market. The building was designed with resident
privacy and amenities as the focus, generally
accommodating only one or two residences per floor.
Each unit includes amenities such as gas fireplaces,
private balconies, 10-foot ceilings, and floor-to-
ceiling windows.
2300 MARKET STREET

This unique overbuild project will be comprised of 14
stories, including those in the existing buildings. The
new project will include 222 residential units, office
and retail space, and amenities including a fitness
room, parking, and bicycle storage. The existing
structures will house the office and retail, plus 22
residential units and amenity space. The balance of
the residential units are located in the overbuild
structure. The original base of the building on the
23rd St. side of the project will be covered in a living
green wall.
ATLANTIC BUILDING
Philadelphia, PA
Awarded LEED Gold certification for innovative
sustainable design, The Atlantic is completely
powered by wind-generated electricity, reducing the
building’s carbon footprint to almost non-existent. As
an adaptive re-use of an obsolete building, The
Atlantic building was a large-scale recycling project.
With a rebuilt building envelope far more efficient
than a new glass curtainwall high rise and the most
efficient HVAC system available, The Atlantic has
been designed to meet the highest levels of
sustainability.
