The specific scope of services under this Agreement would include the following:

Schematic Design Phase
1. Attend one (1) meeting with Design Team to establish the appropriate building
enclosure systems and components for the project.
2. Respond to questions from Bernardon regarding the proposed exterior enclosure
components during the preparation of the documentation.
3. Provide one (1) technical review of the architectural portion of the 100% Schematic
Design issue drawings and specifications as prepared by Bernardon. Provide red
mark comments on the information outlined on the provided documents as well as
written record of all comments.
4. Attend one (1) meeting at the offices of Bernardon to review our comments to the
100% Schematic Design issue documents.

Design Development Phase
1. Attend one (1) meeting with Design Team to confirm the appropriate building
enclosure systems and components for the project determined at the conclusion
of the Schematic Design Phase.
2. Assist Bernardon in the development of materials and the layering of those
materials for the typical building enclosure wall, foundation wall, waterproofing
systems, and roof systems.
3. Assist Bernardon in the development of window, curtain wall, glazing, and other
fenestration systems.
4. Respond to questions from Bernardon regarding the proposed exterior enclosure
components during the preparation of the documentation.
5. Provide one (1) technical review of the architectural portion of the 100% Design
Development issue drawings and specifications as prepared by Bernardon.
Provide red mark comments on the information outlined on the provided
documents as well as written record of all comments.
6. Attend one (1) meeting at the offices of Bernardon to review our comments to the
100% Design Development issue documents.

Construction Documentation Phase
1. Continue to assist Bernardon in the layering of the exterior enclosure materials for
the building enclosure wall, foundation wall, waterproofing systems and roof
systems.
2. Assist Bernardon in the detailing of window, curtain wall, glazing, and other
fenestration systems.
3. Respond to questions from Bernardon regarding the proposed exterior enclosure
components noted above during the preparation of the documentation.
4. Provide one (1) technical review of the architectural portion of an approx. 80%
Construction issue drawings as prepared by Bernardon. Provide red mark
comments on the information outlined on the provided documents as well as
written record of all comments.
5. Provide technical review of an approx. 80% Construction issue proposed exterior
enclosure components specifications prepared by Bernardon.
6. Attend one (1) meeting at the offices of Bernardon to review our comments to the
approx. 80% complete Construction issue drawings and specifications.
