Terms and Conditions
1. The following services are not included in our scope of services:
a. Order of magnitude construction cost estimates on proposed remedial work.
b. Code review or analysis
c. Energy or dew point analysis.
d. Services during Bid and Award Phase
e. Servicers during the Construction Phase
2. The number of meetings included in our fee is as described above. Attendance at
any additional meetings not identified herein will be considered an Additional
Service.
3. If the services of TBS, as defined above, are affected by any of the following, TBS
shall be entitled to an adjustment of the Project schedule and/or compensation (any
adjustments will be considered Additional Services and will be billed hourly per the
listed rates.):
a. Owner and/or Bernardon initiated changes or revisions to the above scope
of services at any time after execution of the Agreement.
b. Changes to the Project, which impacts the size, quality, complexity, or
schedule for the Project.
