The Clubhouse at Willow Valley Communities
Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning
and architectural design services for The Clubhouse, a
30,000 SF community center adjacent to the residences
at Willow Valley’s Providence Park. Designed to be an
intergenerational environment, it is a place where Willow
Valley residents, friends, and family members of all ages
can go to have fun together.
The building combines a traditional facade with a
transitional interior, and architectural features include
warm wood accents, large picture windows, and a sweeping
circular staircase detailed with pre-finished walnut trim.
This elegant central feature connects the two (2) levels
and provides a beautiful view of the surrounding outdoor The building is fully equipped with resort-style amenities
activity spaces. such as a vintage arcade, bowling alley, fitness center,
sports center with pickle ball and badminton courts,
outdoor tennis courts, an outdoor pool and spa, and three
dining areas, including a full-service restaurant.
