Foundation Day
On 24th of June every year, Goldcrest High, Vashi
celebrates its Foundation Day, a significant day to
commemorate its establishment, to reflect and embark on
new learning and opportunities. The event was honoured
by the Chief guest, Mrs. Aditi Deshmukh.
Leading the tree plantation activity, Mrs. Aditi
Deshmukh planted an Ashoka tree at the entrance alley.
The ground was loosened and prepared for saplings, and
plantation spots were decorated with flowers. The efforts
of the teachers and students of the council made this
event successful.
Students from all grades made special arrangements by
making vibrant, and colourful greeting cards to celebrate
the special day.
The fascinating “Lezim” dance presented by our talented
students stole our hearts with the audience applauding
them, followed by an overwhelming appreciation by our
Principal Ma'am, Vice Headmistresses and Teachers.
A “Havan” (sacred fire ritual) was organised to bring in
peace, harmony and success to the school, its teachers and
all staff members.
