Dear Ms . Musgrove,
Thank you for the opportunity to offer my warmest congratulations on your swan song and to the honorees who you have so superbly chosen to award on this occasion .
The community of North Caicos is indeed an inspiring and unique place to live and work . As a native son of the soil, I remain ever grateful for rich culture and values exhibited by the residents across the island for so many years . Your individual contributions have surely not
gone unnoticed .
We are a nation, a people, who remember our hardworking and dedicated citizens . My government takes seriously our responsibility to acknowledge and pay respect to those who provide selfless service to their community . Hence, as a country each year we honor citizens who have made and are continuing
to make a difference in their communities in distinctive yet impactful fields via our National Honor.
On this celebratory occasion, I thank you all for the years in service to the people . We believe that it’s never too late to say thank you and I express my gratitude on your collective achievements and excitement for all that your futures hold . The future is golden!
On my behalf of my wife, Delthia, my family and the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands, I say to the honorees, congratulations again on your exemplary work and accomplishments, and thank you for all that you do to advance our values, mission and spirit of our beautiful island, North Caicos .
