OLA TOBA
DIRECTOR WEST AFRICAN REGION I EBS ADVISORY (PTY) LIMITED

Ola Toba is an environmental and social specialist and the Managing Director of EBS Advisory (Pty) Services, West
Africa. With over a decade of experience in environmental and social consulting, Ola has supported private equity
investments and projects through services such as ESDD, ESIA/EIA, ESMS and others across a variety of sectors.
He has provided ESG advisory services for funds associated with all the major Development Finance Institutions
(DFIs), including CDC, DEG, OPIC, and FMO, applying IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and other
international and local requirements.
Ola is a PECB Certified Lead Implementer of ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) and ISO 14001:2015 (EMS). He is also
certified by NEBOSH in occupational health and safety management. Areas of experience include the oil and gas
sector, energy generation, agriculture, finance (including pension and insurance), hospitality, education, housing
development, Information Technology, manufacturing, FMCG, etc. In-country experience includes Nigeria, Liberia,
Guinea, Senegal, Cameroun, and Ghana.

ABBAS AGBAJE
SENIOR ESG CONSULTANT I EBS ADVISORY (PTY) LIMITED

Abbas is an environment, social and governance (ESG) specialist with over seven years of experience in providing
advisory services to clients across different industry and sectors, including oil & gas, financial services, real estate,
power, hospitality, agriculture, education, and construction. He has diverse experience in ESIA, ESMS, ESDD, ESRM
capacity building, and ESG integration in private equity operations. He has supported high-level transactions and
portfolio management in ESG advisory capacity in Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Senegal, among others.
Abbas has an excellent knowledge of ESG requirements of various development finance institutions (DFIs) such as
AfDB, EIB, EBRD, World Bank Group, CDC, DEG, FMO and others. Abbas has received Lead Implementer training
and certification from PECB on ISO14001: 2015 (EMS) and ISO45001: 2018 (OHSMS). He holds a bachelor's degree
from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a master's degree from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.
