Ifeoluwa is a Chartered Surveyor with diverse experience in real estate, accounting, hotel operations, and
business modeling across the US, Middle East and Africa. As a Subject Matter Expert in real estate, her project
experience at Deloitte spans real estate advisory and valuations engagements, including real estate valuations,
development feasibility studies, highest and best use assessment, asset management, market analysis and
strategic advisory. He holds a BSc in Hotel Administration with a Minor in Real Estate Finance from Cornell
University, New York and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Cass Business School, London.
ASIATA AGBOLUAJE
SENIOR MANAGER I DELOITTE & TOUCHE
Asiata is legal and tax practitioner with over 10 years of experience in tax consultancy and legal practice in Nigeria
and United Kingdom. She is experienced in tax and corporate law advisory on various aspects of cross border
investments from inception to conclusion – deciding the most optimal structure, investment location, options for
repatriation of profits, exit strategy. She has provided tax and regulatory services to several companies in Nigeria
across different industries. She has assisted foreign companies commence operations in Nigeria by incorporating
a Nigerian entity on behalf of the foreign entity and also register the entity for taxes with the relevant regulatory
bodies.
She holds an LLB. from the University of Ilorin, a B.L. with the Nigeria Law School, an LLM in Corporate and
Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of
Nigeria (CITN).
NNEDINMA IFUDU NWEKE

Nnedinma (Nnedi) Ifudu Nweke counsels U.S. and non-U.S. clients on U.S. laws and policy affecting cross border
transactions, including export control laws, economic sanctions and trade embargoes, antiboycott laws,
anticorruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-money laundering laws. Nnedi
represents clients in trade matters before U.S. government departments and agencies, including the
departments of Commerce, State and the Treasury. She has helped clients in various industries to effectively
manage due diligence investigations in connection with investment fund formation, mergers, acquisitions and
other transactions. Nnedi advises clients on how to respond to U.S. government investigations, develop and
implement compliance policies and procedures, prepare voluntary self-disclosures, and conduct internal
reviews, audits and investigations. Her practice extends to drafting license applications, OFAC sanctions lists
delisting petitions, advisory opinion requests and other submissions to relevant U.S. government agencies.
KEMI OWONUBI
SENIOR CORPORATE FINANCE TRANSACTOR I RAND MERCHANT BANK
Kemi Owonubi has spent the last 13 years of her career in the financial services industry as an investment banker
and equity research analyst. Kemi currently leads the Corporate Finance team at Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria,
driving the bank's M&A and Equity Capital markets strategy. Kemi is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA in
Finance and Strategy from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland and a bachelor's degree in Economics.
Prior to joining RMBN in 2012, Kemi spent the prior 6 years as Corporate Finance and Equity Research Analyst
with Vetiva Capital. While at Vetiva Capital, Kemi worked on several M&A transactions as part of the Corporate
Finance team and subsequently as an Equity research Analyst. Kemi led the team of analysts, as the Head of
Research, providing coverage on equities listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Since joining RMB in 2012, she has been involved in originating and executing M&A and Equity Capital Market
transactions across several sectors in West Africa including; FMCG, financial services (insurance, pension funds,
banking), and telecommunications, media and technology (“TMT”).
DANIEL ADEOYE
SENIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER I VEROD CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Daniel is a senior investment professional with Verod Capital Management Limited, one of West Africa's premier
Private Equity Firms. He is responsible and serves on the board of a number of Verod's portfolio companies
including Greensprings School, Rainbow College, Pampers School (K-12), Transnational Academic Group (Higher
Education), Rotopint (Manufacturing), GZ Industries (Manufacturing), CSCS (Financial Services) and Daystar
Power (C&I Solar).
He has over 10 years of professional experience, primarily in private equity and corporate finance. He holds a BSc in
Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and a Business Strategy Certification from the Johnson College of
Business, Cornell University.
