Inter-pub quizzes are a popular way for Rotarians
to raise money and Exmoor Rotary Club also ran
a tournament this autumn, when teams from
seven pubs joined in and the quiz plus the raffles
raised £667 for the Calvert Trust on Exmoor.
Using a central base at Bampton where the scores
could be collated, the seven pubs had three or
four Rotarians in the building to ask the
questions, run the raffles and collect the money.
