               agreement with MALAYSIAN
               MARITIME ENFORCEMENT

               (MME)


               •  Telekom Malaysia will provide MMEA with
               2 boats for the dedicated patrolling operation
               of the APCN2 and AAG cables.

               •  MME will provide manpower and to
               continuous surveillance and monitoring
               (24X7) of the cable route.

               •  MME will support TM as and when
               required to prevent vessel from encroaching
               the vicinity of cable route.
