Introduction
The global marketplace creates a need for a more diverse
workforce, one that can maximise its collective experience
to create competitive advantage. This in turn places fresh
demands on leaders to create a working environment where
differences can flourish and everyone can play their best
game every day. Inclusive leaders need to be self-aware. They
must commit to the development of diverse talent pipelines
and, above all else, have the moral courage to challenge and
break down barriers.
This workshop follows the successful session on Aspiring
Women Leaders held in Amman last year. This 1-day
experiential workshop is about understanding how
to enhance and support the development of inclusive
behaviours, not only for yourself, but within your leadership
team. It is beneficial to anyone who wishes to learn and
better develop their mindset and organisation on inclusivity.
