Jimmy Gordon
Chairman of IDG Middle East
Based in London, Jimmy is regularly in Amman where he has
lead the Senior Civil Service Development Programme over the
past seven years. He facilitates and coaches multi-disciplinary
and multi-organisational teams in collaborating effectively to
achieve challenging performance goals. He particularly enjoys
enabling clever people to be more effective in dealing with
human beings and working with a cross-section of Jordanians
aged between 16 and 60!
Johanne Malin
Senior Consultant

Johanne has over 20 years’ experience in leadership
and management development with a background in
organisational development. Having joined IDG in 2015, she is
responsible for delivering development solutions to our clients.
Johanne has worked in the public & private sectors focusing on
improving performance through people. As a graduate of the
Royal Military Academy Sandhurst she served as an officer in
the Royal Military Police for 10 years. She was responsible for
specialist teams and deployed operationally in leadership roles.
Noor Asem
Consultant

Noor’s responsibilities are to help build a world-class regional
brand synonymous with leadership development programmes
that achieve sustainable behavioural change. Specifically,
Noor engages in strategic business development, programme
design & facilitation. She is an executive and certified coach
with The Coaching Training Institute; CTI. She has years of
experience in facilitation & programme design on self-
development & youth empowerment.
