The Workshop

Our development workshops are highly experiential and
feature a balance between theory and practice. We use
a careful selection of academic models to help delegates
explore concepts and think about how they apply in their
own ‘world of work’, and practical activities to encourage
and support behavioural change. We encourage reflection,
        discussion, debate and experimentation.
