Please review the list below and ensure
you have completed each item before your
trip. If you have any queries regarding the
list, please contact a member of the IDG
Project Team.

 Ensure you have informed Lulu of your
dietary requirements and religious
background

 Provide personal contact details; including
contact number & email address

 Complete and return the emergency
contact form (attached) to be handed in on
arrival at the Academy

 Have a valid visa for entry into the UK

 Ensure you understand hotel transfer
details

 Have Photographic ID – for entrance into
the Academy i.e. passport/driving licence

 Complete the Medical Questionnaire
(attached) to be handed in on arrival at the
Academy

 Make a note of important contact details
(see appendix 3 and 5)

 Pack appropriate dress wear & washing kit.

 Register to join the IDG Alumni network
