Methodology

This is a 2-day leadership programme which takes place on the Arnhem Battlefield (1944) and uses
a blended approach to learning and development.

Discussion will focus on individuals and events at the actual
locations where life changing decisions were made and their
implications were played out. Participants will be invited to
consider real problems faced by soldiers under the most intense
pressure of battle and, with guidance, outline solutions, assess
their implications and consider alternative courses of action.
