This is a 2-day leadership programme which takes place on the Arnhem Battlefield (1944) and uses
a blended approach to learning and development.

Participants will be offered time to reflect on what they have
seen, heard and learnt before sharing their findings with
peers. The process will be facilitated by a military historian
with operational military experience, a serving army officer
from the CAL and a Leadership specialist from the IDG team.
