Thanks for giving me the chance of joining the course and to learn from so many women
talents in our team.

I love the name ‘ignITe’ and feel it was well chosen because this is exactly what it did!
I felt that I was positively charged and was encouraged to participate throughout the
workshop. The setting, tone, and choice of location supported a very positive and
comfortable energy that was much inductive to good concentration- particularly the last
module. I left with a very positive energy and renewed intent to charge my team through
guiding them to become better leaders themselves. I would like to share what we covered
with my team, I have shared that with them and they are excited :)

I tried my best to listen, and learn. Sharing my experiences and discuss different cases
facing my own business. It was an amazing experience, an outstanding program, and
facilitators. Thumbs up!!! I wish in the future if we do anther advanced level workshop,
not to leave it to this level.

The course is a good chance to build the connections among women in our team,
especially now that it is 40% of teammates.

The facilitator has an excellent knowledge on the subject and there was not a single
moment during the entire course where I felt anything was out of context. All the
examples, theory and practical sessions were so relevant and interesting that there is a lot
of take back and a lot of learning/introspection/analysis to be done. The trainer kept the
participants engaged throughout the course. She has been very approachable, friendly
and given a new insight to view things from a different perspective. Thank you so much
for such a wonderful experience.

The course provided us a tailor-made report/proposal according to our personal survey,
so it will help us to achieve better performance and greater contribution to our team and
daily work.

It built a long-term development plan for both our individual career and for the bank.
