The ignITe Programme












         ignITe is aimed at women playing the middle management roles. The interactive programme is 3 days in duration, in a 2 +
         1 day format with a gap of at least 6 weeks to embed learnings and follow up on individual and collective action plans. Pre-
         work: SDI psychometric. This builds confidence by using the strengths and resourcefulness that each individual already has
         and is an essential part of the workshop.
