Why do we have Key Highlights
Culturally and historically in some locations, women have
not expected a successful senior or global career and did

ignITe is aimed at women in a variety of middle
management roles. It is an interactive programme, 3 days
long, in a 2+1 day format. The two modules have a gap
of at least 6 weeks when delegates embed learnings and
follow up on individual and collective action plans.
Impact & Learning
The ignITe programme has paved way for a lot of good
practices, communication, and actionizing at the client site,
such as:
Healthy discussions and confessions led to the
identification of the perceived/actual barriers to
women in the workplace, their possible solutions and
ideas for supporting each other.
ignITe was rolled out to a wider audience pan India.
Interviews with senior women, as part of sharing
success stories, shows how others have built careers at
the bank
Improvement in the profile of the China site
Continuation of the Lunch and Learn brown bag
sessions
The Graduated delegates mentor / buddy members of
the current group to share their learnings
The Strengthscope 360 is an excellent way of taking
strengths from good to great
Each delegate finishes ignITe with a one-page action
plan that is discussed with their manager and tracked
as their official personal development plan
