                            1.  Enhance academic excellence by continuously improve curriculum design, teaching
                                methodologies, and assessment strategies to ensure high-quality education that
                                prepares students for successful nursing careers.

                            2.  Expand research impact through increase research funding, scholarly publications, and
                                dissemination of research findings to contribute to the advancement of nursing
                                knowledge and evidence-based practice.

                            3.  Strengthen clinical practice by enhancing partnerships with healthcare institutions to
                                provide students with diverse and meaningful clinical experiences, incorporating
                                innovative technologies and interprofessional collaboration.

                            4.  Foster community engagement through developing and sustaining partnerships with
                                local, national, and global communities to address health disparities, promote health
                                equity, and deliver culturally competent care.

                            5.  Promote professional development by providing ongoing professional development
                                opportunities for faculty, staff, and students to enhance teaching effectiveness,
                                leadership skills, and career advancement in nursing.
