                                    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF KEY PERSONNEL



                 Chair
                    1.  Sets the general direction of the certification activities;
                    2.  Ensures the cooperation of all offices and personnel involved in the process;
                    3.  Provides all appropriate resources deemed necessary to fulfill task;
                    4.  Establishes, executes and maintains the Quality Policy, which must be fully understood by
                        the entire organization;
                    5.  Assures the implementation of the quality system; and
                    6.  Reviews and approves the revisions and issuances of the Quality Manual and all other
                        related document
                 Co-Chair:
                    1.  Assists the Chair in all his duties and responsibilities; and
                    2.  Assumes all the duties and responsibilities of the Chair in his absence.
                 Quality Management Representative
                    1.  Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
                        in accordance with ISO9001:2015;
                    2.  Reports progress and suggests improvements during the management review based on
                        the utilization of the internal quality audit and document control system;
                    3.  Acts as liaison officer for external party audits and certification;
                    4.  Schedules activities of the Internal Quality Audit and Management Review; and
                    5.  Assists the Chair in the proper dissemination and implementation of the Quality Policy
                        and Objectives.
                 Deputy Quality Management Representative
                    1.  Assists the QMR in all his duties and responsibilities; and
                    2.  Assumes all the duties and responsibilities of the QMR in her absence.
                 Compliance Officer
                    1.  Ensures legal compliance of the University with related laws, regulations, and issuances
                        by regulatory bodies; and
                    2.  Conducts compliance audits.

                 Document Control Officer
                    1.  Ensures that documents (master copy) required by the Quality Management System are
                        controlled and properly executed;
                    2.  Supervises document owners in the revision of documents;
                    3.  Posts, maintains and monitors QMS documents; and
                    4.  Administers and coordinates with document owners on the archiving of QMS
                        documentation.
