33. Authorized Agent: the person acting on behalf of the Investor
or the Operator in completing the official procedures of
his/her Aircraft’s entrance, clearance, and completing the
procedures of the Cabin Crew Members, passengers, cargos,
mail, luggage or stocks, including a third Party that is legally
authorized for carriage of goods onboard.
34. Prohibited Area: an airspace of defined dimensions, above
the ground areas or territorial waters of a State, within which
the flight of aircraft is prohibited.
35. Restricted Area: an airspace of defined dimensions, above the
ground areas or territorial waters of a State, within which the
flight of aircraft is restricted in accordance with certain
specified conditions.
36. Dangerous Area: an airspace of defined dimensions above
the ground areas or territorial waters of a State, within which
