43. The Earth’s Surface: ground areas and territorial waters
subject to the sovereignty of the State.
44. Acrobatic Flying: maneuvers intentionally performed by an
aircraft involving an abrupt change in its position, an
abnormal position, or an abnormal variation in speed.
Article 2: Scope of Application
The provisions of this law shall apply to the following:
a. Civil Aviation activities in the State, including civil
aerodromes, landing areas, civil aircrafts, State aircrafts and
other Aeroplanes.
b. The Egyptian Civil aircrafts outside the State territory, without
prejudice to the provisions of the laws of the foreign State
where the activities thereof are conducted.
