Article 3: Provisions of the International Conventions
The provisions of the international and regional Civil Aviation
treaties and conventions which State is a party thereto, as well as
the provisions of this law, shall be applied, without prejudice to
the provisions of such treaties and conventions.
Article 4: Sovereignty of the State
The State shall have full and absolute sovereignty over its
territories, territorial waters and the airspace above.
