Raised beds were created to grow food, while fruit trees, flowering and
fruiting shrubs, native bulbs, herbs and seeds were also planted. Designed
to enable the community to grow and harvest fruit and vegetables,
additions such as the bank of wildflower turf also help to encourage a
garden filled with beneficial pollinators and other wildlife.

“Words cannot express our gratitude for the wonderful garden you have
designed and created for us. There is nothing more beautiful than a garden
full of children noticing life and growth in the spring and summer. Watching
them taking care of the plants and the creatures they find is a joy. The
difference it has made to our outdoor learning is immense.”
- Helen Foley Thomas, Ysgol Bryn Deva
