HIGH END MECHANICAL CLEAN:
The HIGH END for Mechanical Cleaning equipment adds additional and/or optional features to the conveyorized brushing machines. The HIGH END features include items such as:
Ø In line machines with multiple brushes
Ø Motorized brush adjustments
Ø Automatic brush pressure control
Ø Automatic brush positioning for pre-setting brush position based on material thickness
Ø PLC controls that include ethernet connectivity for recipe driven operation and data archiving Ø REEL to REEL processing
BASIC CHEMICAL CLEAN:
Chemical Cleaning involves soaking the metal in a chemistry or chemistries to remove oils and other surface contaminates to prepare the surface for resist application. Depending on the desired finish of the metal, the chemistry may also micro-roughened the surface of the metal to further promote adhesion of the photo-resist.
