BASIC MECHANICAL CLEAN, Variation Example:
There are many possible variations with the BASIC MECHANICAL CLEANING approach. This simple example is to demonstrate possible variation in the process. In this example you, have 2 employees, (Jim and Joe), in the Mechanical Clean area of your factory. I believe you will easily spot a possible variation when you meet Jim and Joe.

MEDIUM MECHANICAL CLEAN:
The MEDIUM or AVERAGE type of equipment used for Mechanical Cleaning involves transporting the product on a conveyor system past rotating brushes wetted with water. Most of this style of equipment includes Rinsing and Drying features. Filtration of the removed particles may also be included.
