        Fortunately, April brought us some beneficial showers. The total rainfall for the month was 3.34 inches bringing our
        season to 31.55 inches. The rain helped alleviate the need to use low-quality well water for three weeks. The rain
        was a positive after the dry period we had from January – March.

        On Monday, May 2nd, we will begin another phase of cart path repair, with most of the work being done at #2. As
        you can see in this picture the tree roots have damaged the concrete as they grow.

        Hopefully you will see the aquatic weed harvester on the property Tuesday thru Thursday next week to clean up our
        ponds which are overtaken with a floating aquatic weed called Azolla. You can see it in the picture below. Along
        with harvesting the material, they will apply biologicals to help tie up and remove nutrients that this plant thrives on.


        Monday May 9th, the driving range will be closed for needed maintenance until 2:30 pm.
