WELCOME
GENERAL MANAGER
Brian Simpson
Please welcome Walter & Allie Hays along with Andrew and Beth Daecher to the Club.
We look forward to a fun-filled July with many great activities taking place. On the golf front, we have the Red,
White, & Blue Twilight Golf, the Couple’s Championship, the Men’s & Women’s One Day member guests, the
Family Scramble, and a Senior Home and Home with Olympic Club. July 4th lands on a Monday this year, so
the tee sheet will open at 7:30 a.m. to accommodate the holiday. Please refer to the Golf Schedule posted on
the website if you have any questions about the upcoming dates.
We have some excellent bands scheduled for the Thursday Night music series, so please join us! The band
plays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the kitchen remains open to 7:30 p.m. on these nights. Also, the bocce
league is starting back up, and there are still a few spots available. Contact Gabby Knudsen at
gknudsen@sonomagolfclub.com if you would like to play. It’s a great way to have fun and mingle with fellow
members; no experience is necessary. We also offer a five-course beer dinner on the 16th, which we hope you
can attend. David Daniel has all the details in the upcoming pages.
The renovation of the ladies’ steam room is well underway. They plan to waterproof and tile this upcoming
week and hope to be fully operational by midmonth. In addition, they will repair the water damage created by
the leak in the men’s locker room this week. We are sorry for the inconvenience the repairs caused but wanted
to get it done right instead of providing a temporary fix.
See you at the Club,
Brian Simpson

Have a suggestion....??
If you have a helpful suggestion that
you would like to communicate to
the Club, please do so by writing
down your idea on a suggestion slip
and placing it in the box. You can
always email/call a staff member to
voice your idea, but this is another
alternative. The box is located to the
left of the restaurant bar.
