Greetings and happy July!

In July, we are hosting several tournaments, the bocce league is starting, and the pool will remain in full swing. We
are also beginning a revolving “brewery of the month” program. This month, I am featuring award-winning Del Cielo
Brewing from Martinez, CA. We will have several of their beers available throughout the property. These interesting
beers are fresh, bright, and easy to drink (if I may say so).

Additionally, we offer a five-course paired beer dinner on Friday, July 15th featuring Del Cielo beer. Chef Jim has
created a great menu, and Del Cielo owner and brewer Luis Castro will be joining us. He will share his story (it’s
inspiring) and discuss each beer he selected for this dinner and how and why they pair with a particular food course.
Each beer that Lucas chose will complement or contrast with each food course. Like me, if you are into beer, you do
not want to miss this event. We are opening this dinner up to members and their guests, so grab your beer geek
friends and RSVP today. We are hoping to sell out.
