EMPLOYEE EXCELLENCE
Congratulations Jesse Theis, Maintenance Specialist-1,
RG302 for being recognized with an Operational Excel-
lence Coin in April by Sam Madsen, Manager, Rail Grind-
ing.
Jesse Theis is currently a Maintenance Specialist-1 on RG405 who
started with Loram in March of 2022. He came to RG302 to help out
on a special project to grind the MRL.
On April 21, 2023, Jesse Theis was changing grinding stones on RG302.
As he was walking to his next work location, he happened to notice a
cracked wheel on traction motor 4 and brought it to the Assistant
Manager’s attention. Jesse did an excellent job in demonstrating one of
Loram’s safety slogans “if you see something, say something.” With
Jesse’s attention to detail, he prevented something that could have
been serious. Great Job Jesse!

tions.
Justin Bayles was promoted to Maintenance Superintendent.

Robert Worley, Jeremy Alverzo, Lawrence Versey, Brandon Marsh, Chad Shellenberger, William Telford, Kenneth
Carman, and Landon Titsworth were promoted to Asst Superintendent.
Justin Hall was promoted to Commercial Driver.
Joshua Bickerstaff was promoted to Field Clerk.
The following employees were promoted to Machine Operator-2: Devin Hare, Deonte Williams, Carlos Padilla and
Johnathan Finch.
The following employees were promoted to Machine Operator-1: Dawson Jones, Ahmed Rashid, Tevion McDougle,
Elmer Miller, Roger Moore, Qudarius Patton, Nicolas Philpot, Jeremy Bowens, Triston England, Daniel Crews, Jamar-
quis Miller, James Bullard, Noah Jarrell, Austin Johnson, Joel McCrudden, Angelo Sanchez, James Hoze and Kory
Melko.
