OPERATIONS UPDATES

Congratulations Earl Vanholten, Superintendent DC7 for being recognized with
an Operational Excellence Coin in July by Tyler Beebe, Manager, Ballast and
Grade!

I would like to nominate Earl Vanholten, Superintendent DC7 for my July Operational Excel-
lence Coin. Earl successfully trained and supervised his crew to an excellent month of July,
battling extreme heat and digging conditions to produce results to customer specs for drain-
age. Earl was able to complete some additional complex troubleshooting exercises to keep
the machine ready for work. Hats off to Earl, with the help of his crew, to have a successful
July.

Congratulations to both Demetrions Baldwin, Machine Operator-1, SBC33 and
Tristan Ewing, Machine Operator-1, SBC33 for being recognized with an Opera-
tional Excellence Coin in July by Bo Hemberry, Manager, Ballast and Grade!

I presented Demetrions Baldwin and Tristan Ewing, both Machine Operator-1 on SBC33
with my July Operational Excellence Manager coin in recognition of their execution of opera-
tional procedures.
