Tell me a little more about how you started
with Loram, how did you hear about the
job, which positions you’ve held?
I found Loram on Indeed. I was a hired on in
June 2021 as a General Laborer on DC2, then
transferred to DC3 then got moved up to a
Machine Operator-1. I am now on DC6 and
working on my Operator-2.

What do you enjoy most about working at
Loram?

Getting out and exploring parts of the country
I never thought I would see.

What is your favorite memory from this
past year?
Traveling on DC2 from Indiana to Alabama.

Where is your hometown and what is the
best thing about it?

Roane, West Virginia. The mountains are the best, really no other state is like it.

Do you have any hobbies?

Hunting, fishing, bowling, doing activities with my kids.

What is something about yourself that would surprise your coworkers?

I don’t think that I have anything that would surprise my coworkers.

What is the biggest challenge you face on the road and how does it affect your life? How do you deal with
it?
The biggest challenge is the stuff we miss on the road like kids birthday’s and the sports they do, I can’t be there to
watch them. I deal with it with long phone calls to let them know I’m one call away anytime they need me and I
can be home.
