 Identification of the minimum manpower and raw materials required for management of SRGM test site.
 Gained knowledge in marking test site for SRGM and overcoming multiple challenges in the field.

 Data collection and management techniques along with appropriate usage of MiniProf and other related soft-
ware.

 Analysis of procured data showing patterns indicative of benefits of “Preventive gradual rail grinding strategy.”
 Expanding insight on DO’s and DON’T’s in test site management.

Moreover, our experience in the field with creation of the first six (6) SRGM test sites has given VIPL team the nec-
essary skills and knowledge for establishment of the test sites for the upcoming RGI 96 stone machine in India.
