New Travel Program!
You should have heard by now that on August 11, 2022, American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) became the
preferred travel provider for all North American travelers—LMOW and LTI!
Field Operations can no longer submit travel requests via Lotus Notes. Emails have been sent out with instructions
on how the system works and live training sessions are being provided. The Depot has all training material posted
(Employee Essentials/Travel). Air and Car reservations are made by signing into your profile at
www.concursolutions.com. Hotels are also available through GBT. However, CLC is still available. It is im-
portant to compare costs between CLC and GBT and choose the most cost effective lodging option. While GBT
does not charge a fee, at this time their rates may not be competitive.
