                      Introducing Daniel Mohler, Manager, Field Safety and Health!



           Dan Mohler joins LORAM in the EHS Department as the Field Safety & Health Manager, overseeing Field Opera-
           tions Safety in North America.  Mohler previously served in multiple operating roles at CSX, Canadian Pacific and
           Canadian National.  At CSX as Florida Zone Operations Superintendent with responsibility for optimizing assets
           across and supporting zone-wide safe & efficient operations.  After joining CSX Mohler identified and implement-
           ed operating measures that drove notable increases specifically toward customer KPI metrics as well as driving
           safety to the forefront, decreasing FRA Reportable injury by 60% and FRA reportable accident incidents by 40%.

           Mohler started his railroading career in 2007 as a research analyst in the Investor Relations department at Cana-
           dian  National Railway,  prior  to  taking  an  entry  level  Management Trainee  position.    After  joining Operations
           Mohler took more increased managerial roles, transitioning to Canadian Pacific as Assistant Superintendent of

           Transportation in St. Paul, Toronto Ontario, Chicago and Quad Cities territories then taking over as Superinten-
           dent of Quad Cities and Senior Director of dispatching in the Network Operations Center.
