Helpful tips for using Corporate Lodging:

• Many hotels ask to get copies of your CLC CheckINN card for their records. This is not nec-
essary and you should decline. Hotels may not properly destroy the copy of your card , ex-
posing Loram to potential fraud.

• Loram CLC CheckINN cards only allow the card holder’s rooms to be charged on it. Your
card can not pay for other employees.
• Every card needs to be presented at the front desk and swiped for check in.

• Every employee should go to front desk to check out. If you leave early, there is the potential
Loram will be held responsible for the remaining days of the reservation. Hotels may claim
they didn’t know you had left if you do not have them actually check you out.

• If you need to have an early check in, you should call the hotel directly to make these arrange-
ments.

• If you will be arriving to your hotel after 6PM, call the hotel to let them know. This will mini-
mize the chances of the hotel overselling your room due to high demand.

• CLC CheckINN cards from terminated employees should be turned into the machine supervi-
sor and destroyed.

• If you encounter a hotel with issues, report those issues to Carol Schlenz. Subpar conditions
such as bedbugs, broken locks, mold, dirty carpets or linens. Depending on the issue the hotel
can be removed from Loram’s Authorized List or CLC will work with the property to correct
the issue. Document the issue with pictures, note the room number(s).

• Requests to replace a lost or worn out CLC CheckINN card should be sent to Carol Schlenz
or Sara Bender.
