Operational Excellence Coin in June by Bo Hemberry, Manager, Ballast and
Grade!
Rusty was presented with an Operational Excellence Coin in recognition of his
rules compliance and understanding. He has recently stopped short of misa-
ligned switches the pilot had identified as correctly lined.
