            2.  Technology and Innovation Excellence   Digitally  transformed,  innovative,  educational  products  and
                                                    services are delivered on secure, reliable and widely available
                                                    platforms.

            3.  Operational Excellence              We  deliver  globally  recognised,  high-quality  products  and
                                                    services in a cost-effective and timely manner.

            4.  Governance Excellence               We complete on an annual basis, financial and management
                                                    audit without non-conformances and operate within policy.

           The strategic themes not only support the mission and vision but they also influence the four perspectives.

            3.  Business Processes     Process efficiency, product and service quality, and delivery speed.
                                       How  can  we  improve  internal  processes  to  deliver  products  and  services
                                       better, faster, and cheaper?
            4.  Organisational Capacity   Enhanced human, information, and organisational capital.

                                       How can we support the internal processes through improved learning and
                                       growth,  technology,  infrastructure,  culture,  governance,  leadership,  and
                                       other capacities?
